A luminous energy field surrounds the human body and holds within it a record of our emotional, physical, and spiritual history. These imprints predispose us to the way we age, the way we heal, and the way we die. When these imprints are dissolved, one can readily change negative habits, feelings, and behaviors. When we heal our luminous energy field, our physical bodies and emotions heal. By healing ourselves first, we participate in healing of Mother Earth and all our relations as well.
Shamans know that life creates itself in four different levels of engagement; body, mind, soul, and spirit. In these healing practices we work through all four levels to achieve the changes that we dream of having in our life. We dream with our eyes open... fully conscious and awake!

Alberto Villoldo has been my teacher over the years, among other great wisdom keepers, as I started my training to become a shaman. It was my souls calling from heart that I answered by taking action and signing up for the Healing the Light Body program. A journey that has transformed my life completely on all levels of who I am. Through powerful processes, ceremonies, and initiations to the shamans path, I have healed to the core of who I am coming back into alignment with my souls purpose and destiny.
